The quickest exit

That brand new BioShock Infinite trailer can’t come soon enough. Following rumours of a troubled development, a further two Irrational Games employees have departed the company. Both combat designer Clint Bundrick and AI lead Don Norbury have parted ways with the project, according to Superannuation.

Incidentally, they follow in the footsteps of development director Tim Gerritsen and art director Nate Wells – the latter of which was a 13-year veteran at Irrational Games. According to some behind the scenes rumours, the developer is struggling to realise its ambition for the project. Remind you of any other game?

Of course, it’s entirely possible that the aforementioned employees have completed their work on the title, in which case their departure is not really worth worrying about. We certainly can’t help raising an eyebrow, though. Let’s hope this weekend’s trailer puts any concerns to bed.
