Mama Said
Bronze: CQC Slam a guard and knock him out
- This is done by sneaking up behind a guard and holding R2 when the button prompt appears, and pointing the left thumbstick in any direction. Snake will perform the CQC slam and knock the guard out.

Tell Me Where the Bomb Is
Bronze: CQC Interrogate an enemy
- Again done by holding R2, you're able to interrogate an enemy and learn extra information by following the button prompt on-screen. Simply hold R2 for this move, don't push the thumbstick in a direction.

Like He Just Doesn't Care
Bronze: Hold up an enemy
- Holding up an enemy is done by sneaking up on a guard from behind, then pointing your gun at them in first-person. You must be very close to them for this to work. From here, you can point your weapon at their body parts to make them drop items. Do this successfully and you'll unlock the Trophy.

Don't Touch the Sides
Bronze: Use a knife to remove a bullet
- To unlock this Trophy, you need to sustain damage from enemy gunfire. There's a slight element of randomness to this, but allow yourself to be spotted and then shot at. Keep on checking the Cure menu, and see if you sustain a bullet wound. Remove the bullet with your knife, and the Trophy is yours.

Ocelot Always Gets His Man
Bronze: Spot Ocelot in the background when Snake is shaking the President's hand
- During the final cutscene in the game, when Snake is in the president's office, you can go into first-person view and see Ocelot in the background. When Snake shakes the president's hand, he'll say: "You are a true patriot." At this point, hold down R1 and look to your left out the window. Ocelot will be there and the Trophy will unlock.
Prince Charming
Bronze: Attack a Kerotan for the first time
- Kerotans are a form of Collectible that look like green duckling figurines. There are 64 to find throughout the game, and you register finding them by shooting them. You can find one in the very first area in the game: Dremuchij South. For more information, refer to our All Kerotans Locations guide.

Ugly Duckling
Bronze: Attack a GA-KO for the first time
- GA-KOs are very similar to Kerotans, in that they are also a type of Collectible and are yellow duckling figurines. However, GA-KOs are a new form of Collectible for the Delta remake, and are better camouflaged. You can find one in the first area of the game, Dremuchij South, and then more information is located in our All GA-KOs Locations guide.

Ralph Called
Bronze: Make Snake throw up
- To do this, open the Survival Viewer menu, where you can access your Backpack, Map, and more. Go into the Cure menu, then spin Snake around for roughly 20 seconds using the right thumbstick. Then, quickly exit the menu and return to the game. Snake should now throw up and the Trophy unlocks.

Can I Keep It?
Bronze: Capture any animal alive
- Using the MK22 gun you get at the start of the game, shoot any animal you see, and then collect it once it turns into an item. This counts as you capturing the animal alive, and the Trophy will unlock.

- Simply capture any snake you see in the game, then go to the Food menu on the pause screen and eat the snake.

Foodie

- You can unlock this Trophy by following the same method outlined for A Good Man Is Hard to Find.

Bronze: Create the Ocelot Time Paradox
- This is a Trophy you can unlock early on in the game, towards the end of the Virtuos Mission. Refer to our How to Create the Ocelot Time Paradox guide for information on how to do it.

Taste the Poison!
Bronze: Throw a poisonous creature at an enemy
- When you come across a poisonous snake or animal in the environment, tranquillise it. You can then add it to your inventory in the Survival Viewer. Now, find any guard not in an alert phase, equip the animal, and throw it at the guard to unlock the Trophy.

Cinephile
Bronze: Listen to Para-Medic talk about movies after you save
- Whenever you save the game, Snake and Para-Medic will have a conversation afterwards. The majority of the time, movies are the topic, so this Trophy is very easy to unlock.

Friendly Fire
Bronze: Call in fire support
- In certain areas of the game, you can interrogate guards to learn of a codec frequency you can call that'll trigger fire support. We managed this in the Krasnogorje Mountain areas after the boss fight with The End. Grapple a guard and interrogate them a few times. Keep on doing this until an enemy tells you the fire support frequency, and then input it into your codec to unlock the Trophy.
Serenity Now
Bronze: Call one Healing Radio frequency
- Healing Radio Frequencies are secret codec calls you can have that differ depending on the difficulty level you're playing on. For a playthrough on Normal, one Healing Radio Frequency you can call is 148.39.

Beekeeper
Bronze: Use bees to harass an enemy
- Dotted throughout the jungle, you'll often find beehives attached to trees. You'll hear them buzzing around. If there's an enemy in the vicinity, wait for them to be below the beehive, then shoot it to drop the beehive onto them. Your first opportunity to do this is in Dolinovodno, just after entering the area.

Just Because
Bronze: Blow up an armory or provisions storehouse with TNT
- Your first opportunity to do this is in Bolshaya Past Base. You can find TNT in the armory in this area, then find the wooden outhouse just north of the main building here. Detonate it and the storehouse will blow up, unlocking the Trophy.
Mostly Dead
Bronze: Use the Fake Death pill
- From the Item menu, equip a Fake Death Pill and use it to unlock the Trophy. Obviously, you'll also need the Revival Pill to bring yourself back.

You Snooze, You Lose
Bronze: Sneak up on The End and hold him up to make him drop an item
- During the boss fight with The End, find his position and then sneak up on him and point your weapon at him from behind. Continue to aim at him and point your gun at different parts of his body. Eventually, he'll agree to drop you an item.
The Early End
Bronze: Kill The End before the boss battle
- This is another returning easter egg from the original game. Refer to our How to Kill The End Before the Boss Battle guide for information on how to unlock this Trophy.

Wax On, Wax Off
Silver: Parry all of The Boss's CQC attacks
- During the climactic fight against The Boss, you can parry two of her CQC moves with the right timing. One can be performed while she has most of her health remaining, while the other is only used when she falls below half health. You can do the first at the very start, as she's running up to you. Once the animation plays, look for the game to enter slow motion and listen out for a "wooshing" sound. This is your moment to press R2 and parry the attack. You need to do this again when she's under half health, at which point the CQC move requires two correctly-timed parries.
Believe It or Not
Silver: Catch a tsuchinoko
- The Tsuchinoko is a rare animal. You won't find it in many places, and it's not easy to catch. Click the link to find one strategy covering how to catch a Tsuchinoko.
