There are 3 Skulls and 1 Terminal to find in Keyes. Below we have documented where to find them all in the order you would naturally encounter them, as part of our Halo Campaign Evolved guide.

Skull #1: Catch

Checkpoint: Under New Management / Rally Point Alpha

• This Skull is a speedrun to reach the top of the grav lift as quickly as possible, so we recommend skipping this Skull and coming back to it once you've played through the mission naturally
• You must be playing on Heroic or Legendary difficulty to access this Skull
  
• When you're ready, you need to sprint as quickly as you possibly can to the grav lift area and be lifted up into the ship
• Don't bother killing any enemies, just run as fast as you can to the grav lift and then kill the marked enemies to have the grav lift activate for you
• When the grav lift starts to bring you up to the ship, be in the middle of the grav lift and hold the Square button
• The Skull is suspended in midair within the grav lift and you'll catch it on your way up

Skull #2: Blind

Checkpoint: Rally Point Bravo

• When you're making your way to the shuttle bay (as per the listed objective) you'll reach a room full of Flood that's also got a Ghost and a Wraith in it
• Behind the Wraith is a corridor you can take, where you can crouch underneath a second Wraith to get to the other side
• Next to the locked door is the Skull

Terminal #1: Consumed

Checkpoint: Rally Point Bravo

• When you reach the shuttle bay, the objective will change to reaching the upper deck
• From the entrance you used into the shuttle bay, enter the first door you see — some enemies will come out of the door at first to make it slightly easier to identify
• In this corridor, follow the path until you find a group of enemies, with two Hunters amongst them
• Once they're all dead, from their position, take the right turn in the hallway, and then another left to find the Terminal

Skull #3: Pinata

Checkpoint: Rally Point Charlie

• Once you reach the cutscene in which you find Captain Keyes and regain control after, turn around and begin melee attacking the Flood growth where he was
• After roughly three to four melee attacks, the Skull will appear
