Hot Springs are one of the many types of Activities you'll come across while exploring the open world of Ghost of Yotei, and each one increases your maximum health. This Ghost of Yotei guide reveals all Hot Springs locations.

What Are All Hot Springs Locations in Ghost of Yotei?

There are 16 Hot Springs to find in the game. When you find one, you can interact with it at the bucket by the water, and Atsu will get in and reflect on a topic. Having done so, your health bar increases. They're marked on the map with a wooden hot tub icon, and are only found either through exploring the open world or by buying Traveller's Maps.

Below you'll find all Hot Springs locations. We've broken this page up into each of the main regions in the game to make the guide easier to navigate. Visiting them all unlocks the Fundoshi Armor Set.

All Hot Springs in Yotei Grasslands

There are 4 Hot Springs in the Yotei Grasslands. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Horizon View Hot Spring

• On the southern coast of the Yotei Grasslands, find the Kuttara Gambling Den and then continue to the cliff edge
• You'll need to drop down the cliff to a ledge below, and then cross the gap to reach the Hot Spring

Yotei's Shadow Hot Spring

• In the southern section of the Shikotsu Woods, look for large fields of red flowers
• This Hot Spring is placed within the red flowers, on the rock above a small lake

Wild Clearing Hot Spring

• Northeast of Yotei's Shadow Inn, you can climb up a cliff and find this Hot Spring at the top

Hidden Cliff Hot Spring

• In the northwestern tip of the region, in the Golden Foothills, look for the waterfall
• To the left of it is some rock you can climb up, and the Hot Spring is at the top

All Hot Springs in Ishikari Plain

There are 4 Hot Springs in Ishikari Plain. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Cloud View Hot Spring

• In the northern part of the region, follow the Rumoi River to its source in the east
• There's a waterfall here, and along the rock to the left of it, you can climb up to reach this Hot Spring

Smoky Mountains Hot Spring

• Go into the northeast corner of White Deer Woodlands, and ahead of you, there should be a slope you'd normally slide down
• To the left of the slope is some rock you can climb up
• Follow the path at the top up to the Hot Spring

Kappa's Hot Spring

• Along the eastern edge of the region in the Urara Forest, this Hot Spring is out in the open
• Look for the red tree to find it more easily, or follow a Golden Bird

Bear Rock Hot Spring

• From Ishikari Fork, head west up the huge hill
• Follow the path to the rock on the right of the two
• Around the other side of it is a grappling hook point you can use to find a path up to the Hot Spring

All Hot Springs in Tokachi Range

There are 2 Hot Springs in Tokachi Range. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Quiet Valley Hot Spring

• In between Yubari Lake and Huranui Cliffs, you'll find this Hot Spring close to the map perimeter

Grassy Fields Hot Spring

• North of Saru Plains and west of the Boar's Eye Cave lettering on the map, search up on a hill for the Hot Spring

All Hot Springs in Nayoro Wilds

There is 1 Hot Spring in Nayoro Wilds. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Cave Path Hot Spring

• Along the western perimeter, fast travel to Ikidomari Grove
• From its position, look along the cliff face to the left
• You should spot a path up the cliff, along with the yellow-faced statues, indicating an Altar of Reflection
• Follow the path into a cave and go right at the fork
• Climb up and follow the path to the Hot Spring

All Hot Springs in Teshio Ridge

There are 3 Hot Springs in Teshio Ridge. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Red Crane Inn Hot Spring

• In one of the outhouses at Red Crane Inn, you'll find this Hot Spring
• You have to pay 200 Coins to use this one

Black Bowl Hot Spring

• In the southwestern corner of the region, search the Crimson Forest for a large rock you can climb up
• On top, you'll find the Hot Spring
• You may need to kill some enemies surrounding the Hot Spring before you can use it

Valley View Hot Spring

• In the far north of the region, along its western edge, find the Contested Farm
• Directly behind it is the Hot Spring, accessed by climbing up the rock

All Hot Springs in Oshima Coast

There are 2 Hot Springs in Oshima Coast. Below we'll reveal the locations of all of them via images and a quick description of how to reach them.

Distant Castle Hot Spring

• Along the northern edge of the region, north of Miyama Village, climb to the top of the waterfall
• Keep going up the hill, and you should spot the red tree indicating a Hot Spring up on a rock
• To the left of the broken staircase, squeeze through the gap in the rock and climb up

Cliff View Hot Spring

• Head directly south from the Saito Artillery Outpost into the Shojin Hills
• When you spot the usual red tree, it's placed on top of a rock
• To get up there, you need to climb up the cliff on the south side of the rock, from the very bottom
