There are 11 Fox Dens and Inari Shrines to find in the game. You begin by finding a Fox Den, which is always a raised mound of earth with a red tree on top. You then follow the fox to the Inari Shrine and pray at it to receive the Charm. On the map, a Fox Den icon will take the shape of a fox's face, and you can only find them through open world exploration or by purchasing Traveller's Maps.

Lake View Fox Den

• Along the southern shore of Lake Shikotsu, look for the red tree in the forest area
• Here you'll find the Fox Den, and the fox will take you to the Inari Shrine after rescuing one of its friends

Flowing Water Fox Den

• You'll find the fox waiting for you in front of a large red tree in the Tranquil Falls area, just north of the map name
• Follow the fox to the top of the mountain and interact with the monument

Grassy Hill Fox Den

• Along the Golden Foothills path that leads to Ishikari Plain, find the Ainu Hunting ground and then head east
• Up on the hill near the river will be the Fox Den, and you can follow the fox to the Inari Shrine

• At Ishikari Fork, go towards the area on fire
• Find a place to swing inside, then help the fox escape
• It'll then guide you to the Inari Shrine

Twin Path Fox Den

• In the White Deer Woodlands, you'll find the fox waiting for you between the Masked Man's Quarry and Sensei Takahashi's Dojo
• Follow the fox to the places with masks, and eventually onto the Inari Shrine

• South of Yubari Lake, you'll find this Fox Den underneath a glowing red tree
• Allow the Fox to guide you to the Inari Shrine

Whispering Woods Fox Den

• In the western section of the map, look for the Shizunai Woods in the bottom-right corner
• Just north of its lettering, go there in-game to find the usual red glowing tree with a fox under it
• Follow the fox to the Inari Shrine

• Near the northern exit of this region, search the Kankan Creek for some stepping stones
• Next to them will be the red tree indicating the Fox Den
• Follow the fox to the Ainu

Winding River Fox Den

• In the centre of the region, look for the Teshio River lettering on the map
• Directly north of this point is Ran's Workshop, and then the Fox Den is directly east of there
• Follow the fox to find the Inari Shrine

High Wall Fox Den

• Head towards the Sarufutsu River in the north of the region
• Where three roads meet on the map, search slightly south to find the red tree with some enemies hanging about below it
• Defeat them, then follow the fox to an enemy camp, where you can rescue more foxes and find the Inari Shrine

• Kill the enemies that appear, then follow the fox to the Inari Shrine
