This year, Evo is based around eight major fighting games: Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Guilty Gear Strive, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Under Night In-Birth 2 Sys: Celes, Mortal Kombat 1, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
Evo 2025 takes place across three days, beginning on Friday the 1st August and ending on Sunday the 3rd August. Alongside huge tournaments for each of the above titles, you can expect plenty of fighting game-related announcements.

Evo 2025 Schedule Day 3: Sunday 3rd August, 2025
The third and final day of Evo 2025 sees the biggest games crown their new Evo champions. The top 8 finals for Guilty Gear Strive, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Tekken 8, and Street Fighter 6 all take place one after another.
Day 3 is also when the big announcements get made. You can expect reveals and updates for all four of these headliners.

Capcom vs SNK 3 announced at EVO. Nah, that’s asking too much. Will be cool if there are some Virtua Fighter news though.

Pretty weak as far as announcements go.
SF 6 grand final was anti-climax compare to last year but MenaRD is a beast and he's been consistent with great results since SF 5. Overall this year EVO was better than last year.
