There are 4 Collectibles to find in Falling Leaves, which can be accessed in Act 2 of the Main Story. You'll find 2 Music Records and 2 Journals. Below you'll find all collectibles locations in Falling Leaves.

Music Record #1: Alicia

• From the first Rest Point, take the rope down to the level below and then the next rope after it
• You can enter a large area with the Lady of Sap in the middle
• To the left of her is a door leading into The Manor, with the Music Record on the desk inside

Journal #1: Expedition 35

• After returning to Falling Leaves after picking up Music Record #1: Alicia, take the path to the right out of the area with the Lady of Sap
• Use the handhelds on the rock to reach the next area, and the Journal will be on your left

Journal #2: Expedition 49

• Talk to the Young Boy in front of the door and gate to have him tell you to find the Lady of Sap
• Return to her location and talk to her
• Go back to the Young Boy and he'll open the door behind him
• Follow the newly unlocked path to a rope, with the Journal found at the top

Music Record #2: Until Next Life

• After picking up Journal #2: Expedition 49, reach the top of the structure and defeat the Scavenger boss
• Return to the Young Boy and he'll give you the Music Record
