To be honest though, I am not sure how easy it will be for licenses to be gained. I could be wrong but I was under the impression that IP rights are more complicated with Sony from the PS1 days then they are with Nintendo (particularly as so many on the SNES Classic are first party games). I might be wrong on that though.

Pretty costly concept only due to storage. SNES games are tiny.. PS1 games were 1 to multiple CDs. I think I had 4 in FF9. Rebrand the PSP guts in a tiny PS1 case as it emulated PS1 flawlessly, add a slot for a MicroSD card, and give it a store frontend which only hits the classics. This would be a cheap and instantly accessible device. No chance of it happening tho.. Sony won't even get PS1 compatibility on the PS4. It was on the PS2, PSP, PS3, Vita, VitaTV... but they decided to stop at the PS4?? No sense, I tells ya.

@Feena Yeah I dunno, I did think about it :')

The only one on the list I'm not massively keen on myself is Resi 2 but.. you need the trilogy really.

@kyleforrester87 Needs more Worms and Twisted Metal.

@Wesker Worms nearly made the list as well, would have been my number 21 But what would you take out to put in its place? Maybe Die Hard Trilogy since the best thing about that game is the light gun and that wouldn't work these days.

I wanted to put Porsche Challenge in too but that's more of a personal favourite haha

Also I think Red Alert is probably better than Retaliation in hindsight. The extra maps and units in Retaliation make Skirmishes way better but RA campaign is the bomb.

@kyleforrester87 Destruction Derby was a weird game, but I played the hell out of it. Never racing to win, trying to catch the corners of the cars to spin them 360 degrees, and doing the final derby completely in reverse to save your engine. Maybe the sequel wasn't so weird, but somehow I never played that one.

@Wesker Did you ever manage to launch the car miles up in the air? There was a way you could pile towards the centre of the ring from the starting point and if you hit the opposite car just right yours would bug out and go flying into the stratosphere.

The sequel was basically the same but with more tracks and modes.

@kyleforrester87 Haha! No. As I said, I would drive backwards, stay out of harms way and try to get the final shunt on already crippled vehicles.
