What a fantastic quiz, man! Really a lot of work you put in and very clever categories.
Here goes —

I don’t think I did very well, but I might have squeezed out a few points.

@Tjuz Lol, the fact that both of our minds immediately went to ”A League of Their Own” for a movie tie-in on that baseball game is scary indeed. I don’t even like that movie. 😂 I feel sorry for you that your brain seems to be as mystifying as mine. I thought I was the only one.

Round 1: Photorealism

Question 1. Mortal Kombat
Question 2. Backyard Wrestling? I've heard of that series before but never seen it... Good a guess as any with that weird picture
Question 3. Virtual Hylide
Question 4. Uhhh... Batman Forever tie in game or something? I really don't know. It looks like Robin! 😂
Question 5. Virtua Cop I think?
Question 6. NBA Jam? Not quite sure about that but it's the only basketball game I know aside from NBA 2K whatever
Question 7. No idea there at all sorry!
Question 8. Star Wars... Something or other Rog'll likely know exactly what it is!

Question 1. Rayman from the Rayman series of course!
Question 2. Ray the flying squirrel from Sonic Mania I believe!
Question 3. Raiden or Jack (If I remember his real name correctly) from Metal Gear Solid 4/Rising Revengence in his cyborg ninja form
Question 4. Rayquaza the legendary master of the Hoenn "weather trio" from Pokémon. I remember too much useless stuff!
Question 5. Raiden the elder god from Mortal Kombat!

Round 3: Photorealism Part 2

Question 1. Mortal Kombat the movie. I think it's the original and not the sequel?
Question 2. No idea at all.
Question 3. Prince Of Persia ... I think it's kinda an alright film actually. Not great but fun enough if you switch your brain off.
Question 4. That's the Mario Bros film if I recall. I must've been 12 or so at the time it came out...haven't seen that in over twenty five years! ... God I feel old 😅
Question 5. That's the Rampage film with The Rock.
Question 6. That's the second hitman film Hitman: Agent 47 or whatever as that's not Timothy Olyphant... I think?
Question 7. The Warcraft film. The effects for the orcs do look rather good.
Question 8. Lara Croft The reboot one obviously
Question 9. ... No idea whatsoever unfortunately!
Question 10. Need For Speed
Question 11. DOOM The old one obviously thanks to The Rock (Again) and Karl Urban

Round 4: Terraflops

Question 1. X-Files: Resist Or Serve
Question 2. ... Ummm... Rog talked about a couple of these a while back. 007 Legend? it's that or casino royale game... And I'll takr the lesser known one
Question 3. The Warriors
Question 4. I can't get anymore specific then Superman sorry!
Question 5. Fast & The Furious DS?. No idea on the specifics unfortunately!
Question 6. ... I have absolutely no idea what I'm looking at!
Question 7. The Scorpion King game. I know there's a The Mummy game or two so surely they made a scorpion king one!

Question 9. I guess Toy Story 3 as that's quite possibly a DS screen?

That was one hell of a quiz @ralphdibny! Very good job for your first quiz! "Raytracing" in particular was a good round to me

2) Technically, the answer to your question is Goldfinger, since that's a screenshot from 007 Legends taken from the opening cutscene of its Goldfinger adaptation, where James Bond discovers a gold-painted Jill Masterson in his bed.
3) From the HUD font alone, I'll guess The Warriors...?
4) Superman Returns.
5) Some kind of The Fast and the Furious game, surely?
6) Is that The Mummy on GameBoy or something?
7) My previous guess is only because this one is clearly The Scorpion King.
8) Back to the Future: The Dragon-Fighting RPG.

@RogerRoger that's Daniel Craig though right? Did they insert him into the old films in 007 legends like they did in the Goldeneye remake? I thought you played as different bonds (obviously I haven't played it, I just assumed this was from a casino royale segment of 007 legends!)

@ralphdibny After the GoldenEye remake was a success, and since it was the 50th Anniversary of the cinematic Bond franchise, 007 Legends tried to repeat the trick and inserted Daniel Craig into quick-and-dirty adaptations of five previous Bond films. It starts with Goldfinger, then On Her Majesty's Secret Service, then Licence to Kill, then Die Another Day and finally Moonraker (yep, out of chronological sequence... still drives me nuts eight years later). They got some of the original cast members back for each individual tale, but it's Craig's Bond throughout. The whole thing is bookended by bits from Skyfall, the new Bond film released at the time, but it's awkward and jarring.

@ralphdibny Given you assumed it was Casino Royale and the Quantum of Solace game had flashbacks to Casino Royale, I demand points for my incredible (accidental) ingenuity 😉

@ralphdibny Oh no, don't do that! I was just trying to show off and put the longer Rebel Assault title because it's the one I've played and got on my shelf. I don't know for certain!

In fact, looking at the HUD, I think I might be wrong. Rebel Assault II has stuff at the bottom.

@RogerRoger haha well you've got the point for that question anyway but thanks for clarifying, I didn't want to do too many games that I haven't played myself because I can't personally verify the answers but that was one of the ones I haven't played/seen before so I was relying on Google image search to tell me the truth.

Wouldn't it be great if the contestants could just make up the answers for any quiz question though? I'd love to go on Pointless with that power set!
