Has anyone got any ideas for quitting smoking. I'm finding it almost impossible.

Have you tried those eCigarettes? They replace the need to 'hold' something as well as the nicotine. Some help and advice can be found HERE too - as well as how to get a 'free quit smoking' pack. Good luck...

My misses has totally replaced smoking real cigs for her "vape stick", been like that for maybe 2 years now. She'd smoke 30 or so a week before.

I've smoked since I was 16 or 17 but only when I'm out having a few drinks, which these days is few and far between. Somehow I haven't become addicted. Can't imagine what it must be like wanting a cigarette first thing in the morning, gross!

@themcnoisy My brother quit cold turkey using patches I think. The other thing was he quit along with his wife, so they really helped each other by supporting each other while they quit. I hoe you have good luck with trying to quit.

Just passed part one of my "Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management" course (I'm a property and client accounts manager). The course is not as technical as it sounds but they were throwing some trick questions at me. 3 more to go and I'll be qualified, hopefully have it wrapped up by the end of the year. Well done me!!!

I quit smoking years ago with the patches. That and how much a pack of cigarettes were going for here. I figured why am I wasting so much money on something that could be bad for me when I can use that towards video games. I was spending like $100 a month on cigarettes.

I now know who to send a message to when I have a few houses... Or get kicked out by the wife.

@Tasuki its £6.50 a pack a day. :/ I could buy a house with the money.

@BAMozzy yeah ive got a vip elecy ciggy - use it and it does nothing.

But gonna get myself on the patches - seemed to work for Driveclub.

So Ive stopped smoking now for 103 hours, its impossible, all I think about is having a ciggy. With the money I've saved I've bought ff6, another world, driveclub dlc, disgaea and edf2017. Unbelievably my fags would of cost £26 over the same period. So ive actually saved money!!!

So I got the Devi May Cry HD collection. I'm enjoying the first one. Is the second one really as bad as they say it is?

@Jaz007: It's not exactly a bad game, it just thoroughly pales in comparison to the rest of the series (that said, I haven't played 4, although I gather that is still supposed to be significantly better than 2)

So I just started watching Arrow on Netflix. The start of it is confusing me so much right, but for reasons you wouldn't expect; I started watching the series (just a few episodes) a while ago but randomly stopped. I thought I watched the first 2-3 episodes and this is where my confusion comes in. I remember him being at a circus, and he was training to become the Green Arrow. He was learning tricks and stuff. I don't remember anything about him being stranded on a island or anything like that. I remember the leader of the circus was a black guy, and I think he had an eye patch, but I'm not positive. Does anyone know what I'm remembering, because I can guarantee you I wasn't watching the pilot episode that's on Netflix.

@Jaz007: What you are describing sounds alot like that short lived NBC superhero show The Cape. It was on Netflix for awhile too could you have seen that and thought it was Arrow, cause Oliver was never trained by a black guy at a circus. His training always started on an island with a Chinese guy.

@Tasuki: Yes, it was The Cape. I completely remembered it being Arrow for some reason. Thanks a lot for clearing that up for me.
