@Jaz007 just one Question, with FFII do you mean the original FFII or do you mean FFIV which was known as FFII in the states?

@FullbringIchigo It was a GBA game that said it had FF1 & FF2, so I’m not 100% sure, but I’d guess it was actual FF2.

The Kingdom Hearts games have now released on XBOX ONE

and YES they are digital only

what a load of bull, what is it with Square and only releasing digitally on XBOX, FFX/X-2, FFXII and now KH 1.5+2.5 and 2.8

well that's a purchase i wont be making, i'll stick to my PS3 and PS4 versions thanks

so Square have confirmed that support for DIssidia NT will cease soon and while the game had issues it's still a fun game to play so i'm sad that it's coming to a end

but i'm still glad we got it

So, is anyone else worried that the kids they don't have will be grown before the FF7 Remake is fully finished? The first one took forever, and they don't know how many they'll even do yet. I'm sure the Remake will be great, but it sounds like a SE release schedule disaster waiting to happen. It's honestly something pushing me away from it a bit. I want it, but I'm worried about the story finishing.

@Jaz007 the only reason part 1 took so long is because they had to restart production after the deal with CyberConnect2 fell through, who were working with them on the remake (remember that first gameplay trailer with the old cast and the awkward looking characters, that was CC2, the entire game was pretty much rebuilt after that)

but production on part 2 has already started and now everything is in place, assets game engine and the like the other parts shouldn't take nearly as long

So Square released a few new screen shots for the FINAL FANTASY VII Remake

also Auto-Cure Materia sounds interesting

also is it me or have they emm "enhanced" Tifa's character model a bit?

@FullbringIchigo Poor Tifa, her back must seriously be killing her. Especially considering that video game women aren’t allowed to have natural bodies so have tiny waists and giant boobs. Ya gotta have the foundations to support the building.

@nessisonett hey at least this time she has a sport support (although i agree most of the time female characters in games have wholly exaggerated features but i will say the FF series more often than not doesn't and on a side note i actually know someone with a figure very much like this version of Tifa and she has back problems)

@FullbringIchigo To be fair, people had their issues with Cloud’s design having too thin arms to carry the Buster Sword originally so it’s gone both ways!

@nessisonett yeah all the characters got a redesign after CC2 left and Square moved it in house, those early designs were CyberConnect2 designs after all

you will notice Cloud is much more inline with his Advent Children look now

@KratosMD i agree, VI is good but there have been many FF games since that were better, pretty much the entire PS1 trilogy for example and FFX

@nessisonett that’s what those straps are for. Back support.

@KratosMD the issue with lists like this is that they will always put their favourite at the top even if it's not the best in the series and say anything to justify it

it's why i take no real notice of Top 10 lists or the like

@KratosMD Aww, I like VI, it really tried hard to be cinematic within the limitations of the technology. I do prefer VII and X though, they’re just better overall and more refined.

@kyleforrester87 Poor Tifa, she’s basically lugging around Biggs and Wedge.

@FullbringIchigo I think you're right about the, ahem, natural enhancements. I saw that and thought "huh, I don't remember them being so.. proportioned." I thought I just misrememebered until you pointed it out.
But to be fair as you said, it does happen sometimes and not every character is walking around with them. I also think someone like Tiffa would have a stronger than average back too. If every female in the market was like that, then it might be a little ridiculous, but they're not. (Note: I meant market as a literal setting)

After the Platinum trophy on FF9 I really think I must replay FF7 fot the 250th time or so to get ready for the remake. Since you can remove random battles and speed it up I was thinking of a low level perfect game challenge.

Holy crap, VIIR demo is on PSN now. Just came across it while checking if the Plus games are there yet. 😍
