I haven't heard much discussion about this on my podcast rotations and there's not much mention in the forums either. I've played about 6 hours of the open beta so far and I'm loving it. Initially I thought it was going to be a cross between Call of Duty and Portal, but it's closer to Halo, I think. I'm having a great time. Has anybody else been playing?
@ExoZeo Yeah I have actually. My son has been playing it and I watched a few rounds. It reminded me a bit of Titanfall's gunplay (although not quite as good, that was one of the best shooters I've played) but with the portal gun from Portal thrown in.
I've even played a few rounds myself. I'm pretty rubbish at it lol but it's great fun. We're having a good time with it. The mtx are a bit obtrusive, but I've trained my boys well with that sort of thing, they don't engage with it
