I always leave my consoles in rest mode. It's a bit like the TV. I see no reason to switch it off completely and my controller gets fully charged.
I usually like closing the game before though unless I really need to go and there s no check point available. Maybe an old habit or I just like launching a game and closing it for the heck of it. Its best for updates too.
The crowd, accepting this immediately, assumed the anti-Eurasian posters and banners everywhere were the result of acts of sabotage by agents of Goldstein and ripped them from the walls.
