Topic: PS5 NXT LVL Downgrade?

Hi there, I will try to make this simple to understand however, it can easily confuse people.

Bought FIFA NXT LVL Edition on the PS5 and it is PS5 only. I am wanting play with friends and didn't realise you could play with them by installing the PS4 version.
Long story short I can't get a refund from Sony for the purchase as I downloaded the game but they said a refund is the only way I can purchase the other version as it gives me an error saying : "You already own the following products, which conflict with the product you're trying to buy" currently.

You could argue it was my fault which it was but it seems pretty silly that they are telling me the solution but can't help. Already tried saying I don't want the money just remove the game or something along those lines but I get the same standard response about how a refund isn't possible.

If anyone has an idea of what might work I'm all ears.

@Prim3_H_D The only thing I can think of would be to run the PS4 version off a disk.

Yeah what he is saying is buy the physical PS4 disc and put it in your PS5.

@Prim3_H_D Are you sure you don't own both versions? Go to the 3 dots next to "Play" on the game's hub. You might be able to switch to the PS4 version and download it.
