Well after a very anxious and stressful day my PS5 finally turned up. A little backstory is mine was dispatched without a tracking number. Since Wednesday I've not known where it was or even if it was coming today - if at all. Thankfully it arrived at lunchtime.
Onto the subject at hand though. After setting the system up next to the TV I noticed a strange line on the LED light bar on the system. At first, I thought it was some dust, my second thought was it was a crack but the plastic is smooth.
There is another directly opposite but there are numerous of these lines (not as bright as the one pictured) running up and down the system. Thee question is, has anyone else noticed them?
I can also semi see the line while the system is off as well.
I've not noticed them on mine, the light guides are less visible when the PS5 is horizontal. Just had a close look and didn't notice any lines. Just a small manufacturing glitch I guess.
I also noticed a slight shift on my ps, pathetic of course, but I hadn't even noticed the problem before. Especially since I have lighting at home from https://www.vont.com/product/vont-bulb-color-smart-light-bulb... Maybe if you put yourself in colorful lighting at home, you will stop noticing the ps5 defect. I personally get aesthetic pleasure from being in my room, which is much more atmospheric to play with dramatic red light. Or to chill out in some soothing games under green light and drink tea.
