So my dual sense will work fine while it’s plugged in, I have let it charge for 10+ hours and it’s always flashing with low battery. I have not seen it go higher than 1 bar so far. Seems defective to me
Probably, once I got a broken Windows VR controller where it did that and the contacts for the batteries were bent when I took the controller apart. It was sold as broken on eBay and I was able to fix it by bending it back, but PS5 uses Lithium ion batteries instead of AA so it's probably something else. Most important, you have a warranty. I'd contact Sony for a replacement, hopefully controller supply is better than the consoles.
