@Snatcher Ha no this a bit different. Same outcome but different way. You can escape the chests (yes there are a few of them) just by jumping back from the mist.
Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
Does anyone else feel like the OST in Elden Ring is lacking compared to previous From titles?
I like the overworld music, battle music is decent, and really enjoy the final boss themes. But I'm having trouble finding other tracks memorable like i.e. Flamelurker, Cleric Beast, Pontiff, Soul of Cinder, Gael, etc.
Anyone else notice this or just me? (Also I think Soken and FFXIV team has really spoiled me haha)
I’m lvl 53 now & just got to Ainsel River Depths.
The over-world is massive as it it is- imagine if the entire area was playable underground (think like Symphony of the Night).
The boss is pretty cool, but his second phase takes me pretty much out after I get him down to 50%.
Also isn’t it weird how when you take a break from a boss & you do it first time? I attempted Ancestor Spirit like 15 times this morning. Went out did some shopping & beat it 1st time.
@TraCuz- i think so as well, but I think that just what comes with open world design. I still think Bloodborne is a much tighter experience, but that’s probably because I like more linear experiences.

@TraCuz- I'm struggling to think of any music I like in FS games outside of boss battles, period. Like, the only music I remember from Bloodborne was that Cleric Beast theme.

So for ages I’ve been thinking what the ‘wondrous flask of physics’ is, as I had been getting a bunch of items for it, but didn’t know what to do with it.
37 hours in & I just found it😅. Mixed Strength & Stamina. Sure would’ve made some boss fights a lot easier.

@velio84 Yeah it’s pretty great. I tried the heath negation & it’s pretty good for mid/late battle. I might mess around with it a bit & see what works best for me.

I’m stoked! Finally on Elden Ring and just got my first PlayStation since the PS2 premiere. PlayStation 5 baby! But hey if anyone could add me and help me with making Elden Ring the best experience ever! 😁
I got no PlayStation friends yet. 😅
Anybody on PlayStation rn who might could help me out on Elden ring? No one plays PlayStation around here and I’m really trying to make it interactive!
So morals aside isn’t it most efficient to kill all merchants? That way you have access to their goods all from the roundtable.

@Jimmer-jammer I was stuck on that stupid fight for hours. Primarily the Crucible Knight portion, since the Misbegotten Warrior staggers easily and can be wiped out before the other boss appears. The fight disappears when certain conditions are met, but I wasn't going to let the game get the better of me. I'm too prideful for that.

I’m a little frustrated that I’ve seemed to outlevel the game. Godrick was trivial. The lichdragon too. I didn’t try to, just explored too much I guess.
The crucible knights are still super hard tho wtf.
