Topic: Best Hard Drive

I've had the PS4 since launch day, but would like to upgrade the internal Hard Drive. The only one that I found, is a 2TB internal one on Amazon, but was wondering on if anyone else has found bigger ones that work great at reasonable prices. Let me know!

I upgraded my HD few days ago but, since I don't have PS+ and I always buy phisical when I have the chance, I went for a 1,5 TB; it was a Seagate and the € 50 price was too tempting. I'm not sure if a 2,5" hard disk bigger then 2TB even exist...

I went with a 5200 speed 2tb seagate. There are samusng drives as well. What I did though was buy an external 2.5 inch drive and take it out of the case. Then installed it into the PS4 then put my old PS4 drive into the casing. As long as you do it carefully then it will click shut again and you have a spare drive. The external drives also tend to be cheaper for some reason.

There are not any larger sizes in the 2.5 inch size also you can not get hybrids either. If you want a hybrid drive then you will need to drop down to 1tb and it is faster for some processes like when the machine is turned on and for some games.
