Topic: What PS3 game(s) are you currently playing?

I recently started playing Lollipop Chainsaw (PS3) for the first time, just finished Stage 02: The Stadium.

I've been playing Darksiders 1 (PS3) lately, just finished Chapter 02 by defeating The Griever.

I hope it's okay to revive this thread.

I recently beat both Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 1 and 2, and now I'm almost done playing Assassin's Creed 1.

I'm currently playing Tales of Symphonia: Chronicles, Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Final Mix, Tales of Xillia, and several other games! I'm glad I decided to get a PS3 since the lack of JRPG's on Wii U was killing me! xD

I have bought so many games in flash sales and in store sales have a lot to get through. Currently playing Defiance which turns out is a decent game.

I just got Ni No Kuni for $12.99 thanks to a PSN discount code I received. Good grief though, it took over 15 hours to download and install...

In any case I'm enjoying the game so far! (^o^)/

@Rukiafan7: I'm also playing Ni No Kuni for the first time. Bought it about a month ago, I think... Great game so far! I'm really at the beginning, though.

Being a fan of Studio Ghibli's Totoro, I couldn't miss this game once I found out about it. =)

@rukiafan7 Ni No Kuni is a great game but I did have to grind quite a lot in some areas to level up.

@dryrain: You really don't need to: I absolutely did in my first play through, maxing everything I could only to presented with SPOILER that island near the end SPOILER where everything goes all ffcactoid on you and gives you ridiculous amounts of XP

I've been playing more of Assassin's Creed II (PS3), just finished Sequence 06: Rocky Road.

Jak And Daxter: HD Collection (PS3 Retail).

This'll be my first playthrough of the series.

I'm bouncing between "Fat Princess" and another playthrough of "Bioshock Infinite".

I am Playing Dark Souls 2 on the PS3. And it is pretty meh in my opinion.

I am expecting Dark Souls 3 for the ps4 to be better because that's the game where Hayao Miyazaki came back to direct Dark Souls again.

Batman Arkham origins, just to finish all Batman games. Then SoC so that I dont feel guilty about buying Last Guardian

PS3 games, well i recently restarted Star Wars the Force Unleashed but i am still playing Sherlock Holmes Crime and Punishments and i still mess around on Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 from time to time

I guess technically nothing really atm (too many PS4 games to focus on atm; 2017 has one of the best/most brutal release schedules in gaming history), but I've been playing Sega/Media Vision's Shining Resonance on-and-off since Christmas. I imported it 'cuz I got interested in seeing what they did before Valkyria Revolution comes out, plus I like Media Vision in general, and it looked like a Tales game and I'm a big, big fan of Xillia and Berseria. Language barrier is no problem as long as you're familiar with "the universal language of RPGs", and can spot quest markers and stuff on minimaps. Plus there's enough "anime expressions" going on to get the point of what characters are feeling/saying across. Was having a great time with it... then I got Tales of Berseria. And Gravity Rush 2. And Yakuza. And NieR Automata. And Horizon. And Dragon Quest Heroes 2. And Toukiden 2. And Snake Pass. And Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom. And Persona 5. etc. etc. etc.

I'll pick it up again later in the year.

I'll also occasionally fire up NFL Blitz when I wanna get some football video gameage in Besides the upcoming Mutant Football League, its not like there's any other option for arcadey football, so I figure that's staying on my PS3 hard drive for a long, long time.

But mostly just chugging away at my backlog games on the PS4. Seriously... there's so much current gen gaming to be done, my PS3 is spending a lot of time currently just sitting there unplugged (no sense in cranking up the Power Bill, y'know?).

Lords of Shadow 2 although i'm dreading redoing that bloody stealth boss fight

Darkstalkers Resurrection, Guilty Gear Xrd, and I'm also doing a platinum trophy run on Trails of Cold Steel II.

@KratosMD I love DS. DS2 is one of my favourite games ever. Played it 3 times, don't think I played any other PS3 game through more than once.

DS3 is poor by comparison but.. it's still Dead Space!

@KratosMD @kyleforrester87 That's the main reason I am hyped for CoD:WWII Zombies since the creator of Dead Space is making that. I have seen the trailer and it just adds to the hype.
