I’ve started putting together a database for PlayStation 3 consoles, aimed at helping owners and especially modders share useful information with the community.
The idea is to collect details like revision type, date code, idle temps, service history, usage patterns, and more into one big spreadsheet. Right now there are only about 30 consoles listed, but I’m hoping more people will jump in and add theirs.
My personal goal is to use this data to figure out which PS3 revisions handle overclocking and undervolting the best—but the database will be public, so you can use it however you like.
The submission form is quick, anonymous, and every question is optional, so no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with
