I just got this PS3 from a friend and it wouldn’t turn on so I found out the power supply is dead so I replaced it and now it starts up but about 10 seconds after it loads in the XMB the fan goes in super hyper mode I’ve never heard a fan go so loud sounds like a vacuum. I am unsure what this could be any ideas
Now I will point out I did replace the thermal paste so that’s not the issue
