@antdickens is something up with the site or is it undergoing a change? The homepage loads as normal then it changes - everything that is blue turns to yellow with an 'M' on the header next to the pushsquare logo, no idea what that stands for. Articles are still blue as normal, then sometimes it changes to yellow, same in the forum. It's very messy

@MatthewJP I think your talking about the ad campaign for Metro — it should change a whole bunch of things, but send me a screenshot to [email protected] if it looks wrong.

@antdickens that must be what it is then. Same happening on Nintendolife - everything that's usually red on there changes to yellow

I wondered why my home page was black and yellow but that explains it.

@antdickens In all honesty, it looks atrocious and doesn't work as an ad campaign when nobody knows what it's even advertising. The site already loads horrendously with more ads than content at the best of times and now it has to reload just to change the colour of everything.

It's been implemented very poorly and the sooner it's gone, the better.

@Crimson_Ridley it should only load alongside the actual ads for Metro — so it’s pretty clear what it’s for. If that’s not the case then that must be an issue — if you can send screenshots to [email protected] I can send to the right people to get it fixed. Loading okay for me at the moment.

@antdickens just wondering what’s up with the PC Gaming thread. Looks like someone posted on it recently but when I click on the thread it states Not Found?

@DreamlandGem no worries. I had forgotten about the form. And my intent wasn't to discuss moderation, it was to repost what I said in a hopefully more acceptable way and laugh at the irony. But I think I will just go back to not posting on articles because I know my posting style can be abrasive, even if my intention is wholey pure 😛

I think the site needs some better oversight for labeling articles as news, editorials, etc. Yesterday's Lords of the Fallen 2 article blew up and while it was bound to do that anyway, I do have some bones to pick about it being labeled a "news" article. Is it news that the images were posted on the devs Twitter? Sure. But the entire article was editorializing and Liam clearly had a strong opinion that he wanted to convey. I can't point to another example, specifically, but I do know that opinion pieces have been posted as news articles before. Something to think about.

Ok for the past 2 - 3 days now sometimes when I refresh the site it sometimes come up with an error code 1006 (I think) and says my IP is banned from the site... which clearly isn't the case, any thoughts @antdickens?

Edit: yeah it's happening like every 10 minuets now...
