A proper push square search function in the big 2026? Music to my ears.

I think notification are bugged, I'm getting @'d in comments and I'm not getting notified for them.

if it helps the staff find the problem... I also noticed that in comments I know multiple people were originally tagged (movie thread, for example) only the first tag remains hotlinked(blue) and the others have now switched to being just plain text. So it may relate to the notification bug in some way.

I'll show an example above with this comment, in fact.

@Ravix I can see people that have tagged me their comments (I'm even blue for all of them) but I'm not getting the little number in the top right corner of the screen notifying me of this.

Prime example I didn't get one for your comment either I just so happened to be passing by the thread again.

I was wondering who organises the ads here. I just have a minor complaint about localised Boost Juice ads which go all screwy and change the layout of the page, adding side-scrolling and "jumping" when trying to type (I'm on android mobile).
It's not one that comes up all the time, but that one specifically causes lots of issues.

I did not get notified of any tags from yesterday as it happens.

Same, I didn't realize until someone outside of the site mentioned it. Then I realized I'd missed/failed to reply to people.

Having just realised, I’m also not receiving notifications.

I think they are working again, I just got maybe twenty notifications at once.

So it turns out there's a 'read all' option and I might already be a couple of notifications behind. I'll get through them eventually. Either way it's definitely working again.

@Yousef- I spoke too soon, that last notification from you didn't show. I'm beginning to doubt if the ones from an hour ago ever did.

Can we stop promoting AI slop from other sites? Putting a Digital Foundry article praising DLSS 5, which quite literally puts a horrid AI filter over the original game, on the front page is crazy. Is it some sort of contractual obligation or something with the buyout?

@nessisonett I couldn't believe it when I saw it. It completely changes the look of the character, it's awful. Thankfully most of the comments on Youtube are rightfully slating it.
