This is the original model connected to hdmi no signal to tv
The controller is flashing white so resetted it same thing
Plugged it in same thing via usb cable
Turned off unit and unplugged tv put it back on hit power button for 2 beeps still no signal
Hdmi lead works in DVD player but not in PlayStation ie picture
The controller won’t charge in the separate hub that normally has it done in an hour
Tried in two TVs same thing
hesitant cause if buy new controller dual shock 4 and that don’t work ie boots it but there’s still no picture what’s the point
It’s on white when booted the PS4 but can’t get it to safe mode cause of these issues
Videos help but they all circulate around the same thing getting to safe mode
PlayStation forums are no help either they don’t even have forums
Not sure if it's related, my OG PS4 didn't connect to the DS4 that only flashed white. I opened my PS4 and saw that the bluetooth cable was loose. So I gently put the cable connector back in place and voila, it worked fine ever since that.
You could try that if everything else fails
