I have tried to do everything on my ps4 in safe mode. I have even initialized my ps4 and used the thumb drive to re format it. It goes through the process and just loops back around.... help
@Tom54myv I hate to say it, but it sounds like the internal hard-drive is busted. You can swap it out if you're willing to try (there are plenty of online guides that can help) or search for a new console.
That being said, I'd try contacting Sony Support first. They might offer to take it and repair it for you.
