Hey
OK my old ps4 had a tonne of save data on it and I uploaded it before updating my system at the time but the save data went in error and when the update installed it stalled my ps4 and won't allow it to go safe mode or access my settings is there any other way of connecting my ps4 to a laptop and downloading my save data from it using the laptop??
