So a few months ago i had the Security check thing where you get logged out of your psn account and have to change the password. I did that and eventually i forgot my new password. One day i wanted to remove my credit card from my account and i needed to type in my password. Since i forgot the password i tried to reset it, i got the link to change my password and i needed to verify my birthdate, apparently i faked my birthdate during account creation and i have no clue what it could be. Eventually i got signed out of my ps4 and it told me to sign into psn which i cannot do. I tried contacting support about this but as it turns out the only way to contact support is to call them which i prefer not to do. I also forgot to mention im logged out of every sony site i was signed into. Note that i got logged out of my ps4 today and the websites the day i tried to change passoword.

I don't want to suggest the obvious or sound negative, but, you might be stuffed here. If instead of getting a simple "send password reset email", and it's asking for details that you don't have or have forgotten... that might be it. Hard to bypass things like that, and that's in general not just Sony. You might have to muster up the courage and call them if that's what they suggest. Maybe someone else might know of a solution. Fingers crossed for you.

Yep you are going to have to call them I am afraid. No one here will be able to do anything.
