Topic: Safe mode loop

Hello there,

I’m looking for some advice, I’ve just cleaned out my PlayStation 4 1tb and was quite a successful mission until I plugged it in. My ps keeps saying an error has occurred in the system software and then going into safe mode, is there anything that I could’ve done wrong to cause it or is it some sort of issue with the ps

@RogerRoger i did check that multiple times it seemed fine but i've managed to sort it through trial and error thankyou for your input though, much appreciated

ps. you had every right to judge my cleaning skills because the fan still sounds like a boeing 747 lol
