I did a password reset on my PSN account. I no longer have access to that particular mobile number for 2-step verification. I didn't set up a backup code because I never thought of needing one. As I did a password reset, I have been logged out of all devices. Playstation support site has no option to talk to an actual person. Their stupid site circles me back to the home page after going through different options. Their bot is just resetting the password. What should I do?
