Topic: PSVR2 sense controller issue

I have a very nasty issue with sense controler. Buttons of the right one dont work in games tested on Horizon and RE8.
Controler works in PS menu without issues.
PLS help I am desperate.

This doesn't refer to the Sense controller but the Dualsense, same issue though. Maybe you'll find the solution described in one of the comments.

I'm having the same issue with my left sense controller straight out of the box. I trouble shot it all but still not working and its impossible to get in touch with playstation to get help and they won't let me return without talking to someone but won't let me talk to someone. And u cannot buy controllers. Im am so frustrated with playstation I've never seen worse customer service.

This seems to be a relatively common issue (which sucks on the one hand but makes it more likely to be solved quickly on the other) and most likely a software one, so I'm sure there will be a known solution soon.
