Hi guys.. My PS5 console bought in May 2021, Model CFI-1015A, six months ago powers off, after 10 minutes of gaming with all version PS5 digital games. Anyone here with this problem? With disk PS5 games works fine. Sony support is not easy... please advise...
@MarlinCol thats rough. All I can think of is do you have other things running as in media apps or something pulling power causing it to overheat when you start a digital game that may be pulling resources as well. Wish I had more advice. Good luck.
@MarlinCol Is your PS5 cooled enough? Is it placed in a ventilated area? Do you live in a very hot country?
Also, you can try to completely factory reset and reinstall your PS5 m it might solve the problem.
The last, and the worst, is that your PS5 may be faulty, and you have to, either, send it to service centre, or replace.

If I had to bet I'd say that it's a coincidence that you're having problems with digital games and not discs - assuming they're not the same games. It's probably some games causing problems and you just happen to have those as digital purchases.
If I'm wrong... that would be actually good news, as it's unlikely that a hardware issue would cause the same game to be playable from disc but not as a download. In that case I'd try a factory reset of the console first.
Also, make sure that there isn't too much dust inside, which could cause it to overheat.
If neither of these help, you'll probably have to go through support and service, sorry.
