Recently I’ve been trying to find a fix for my Ps5. As of a week ago both of my DualSense controllers have stopped working. The strange thing is they will turn on the ps5 and that’s about it. Occasionally they will work for 30 seconds after a full reset and then all inputs will be unresponsive. I have tried using a friend’s controller as well but the same exact thing happened. The other strange thing is that while in safe mode the controllers seem to work fine but don’t work otherwise. Now I’m mostly worried that it’s a hardware issue of the PS5 and not controller itself.
Things I have tried:
-Ensuring controllers are fully charged.
-Only using cable that came with it.
-Full turn off turn on with connected controller.
-Safe mode rebuild database.
-Safe mode return to default settings.

@Ashitaka33. If you are able to get to the PS5 settings, can you set the controller to use wired mode, then use the controller on a wire? Or do you have a Dualshock 4 that you could try?
