Hello,
I recently purchased the PS5 slim. Today I was downloading content and set it on sleep mode as I usually do. After many hours, I went to wake it up and couldn’t do that. After many attempts it did that fixing thing but again didn’t start. After all, I did a second attempt pushing the reset button again for a few seconds and it did the fixing thing again and started at last.
I wanted to ask the reason this happened and if there are any concerns; it was still downloading the content normally and I even tried a game and it works.

@Ryall Dualsense. Also I read about it. It seems that it’s a know bug. Sony should release a patch to resolve it. My concern that I hope that it won’t affect my console. Everything seems to be working fine, but you know how it is, I just got it and I love my PS5. Don’t want anything to happen to it.
@guardianoftime Sometimes it helps to hold the PlayStation button down for longer rather than trying repeatedly. Seems to be more latency waking up from rest mode than powering on.
It’s almost certainly a widespread bug rather than a problem with your specific hardware.
