I'm having huge problems with my gaming speed to the extend that the games are no longer playable

The usual speed my PS4 with a wired connection pulls through is 140mb but now it'll only pull between about 30mb-40mb.

All other devices are pulling through the full speed, I've had my ISP round to check and there is no problem on the line.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so have they managed to fix it?
