Topic: PS4 PRE-ORDER PROBLEM

Hello everybody, im a player from Turkey, and also hyped about LOU2. So im gona cut clear...
I was going to pre-order last of us part 2 but i recieved the error code E-8200012C.
Also i can buy games,monthly subscriptions... Thats why im confused. I can buy games ect. But not Pre-Order?
Please help.

You would have to contact Sony on this matter, which might be a bit tough right now due to the quarantine. You said you can buy games just wait for it to come out and buy it then. It's a digital game it's not like they will run out of copies.

Thanks guys... i think i just have to lower my hype and wait for the release.
Also the game isnt banned in Turkey Playstation Turkey confirms.
