Since we've joined PS4 NOW, it has never worked (we joined March 2020). When we go to play one of the games, we receive AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. No code, no further explanation. Because of the Corono virus, there is no customer service. We have verified the account. Any suggestions as to how we can fix this? Thank you.
If I remember correctly I thought I read online back in March Sony announced they going to limit the bandwidth of their gaming services. The reason is cause of COVID-19 since everyone is staying home. If you are trying to Stream a game off PSN Now and getting the error. If possible try downloading the game you are trying to play.
I do know some PSN Now games allow you to download them to play it.
Thank you Dreadful Paradox. We have tried downloaded, as well as streaming. Same error message for both unfortunately. Guess we will have to wait until Sony has customer service again...thank you again.
