Topic: PS4 keep buging

Hi everybody,

I am having issues with my PlayStation 4 standard. When I am playing, like for example, RDR2 or COD WarZone, my Controller just like freeze, I can't move, shote or anything, or the caracter just Start going in circle, and PS4 turning off controller. At first I was thinking that I have issue with controller, but I just buy new one, and the problem is the same.

Any advice what can be?

@becohalilcevic I've had that issue before and in my experience the controller had a battery issue. Sucks if you just bought it though, I had to get a new one.

@TraCuz- I don't know, just like 2 hours ago I buy it, and my man on the horse start going in circle, still. 😂
I leave it on chargin so we will see it. But it already has 2 lines of battery. 🤦‍♂️

There is a way to "Reset" the controller using small Reset button. And, maybe, you should try Hard-Resetting your PS4. It usually solves all problems. If you have a USB HDD or SSD, use it to backup your games, gallery and saves, it will save you a lot of time.
Also, there might be a problem with Bluetooth device in your PS4, in this case you can contact person that knows how to repair PS4 and ask him.
I don't think that the problem is with controller, if you have 2 different controllers, and they both have exactly same problem, that is NOT a coincidence.

It probably is the controller if its one of those cheap off-brand controllers .

@nomither6 one of them came with a console, another one it is from Mediamarkt, market here in Germany, just buyed 1 day ago, so it can not be controller. 🤷‍♂️

@Bivshtex007 I try even yesterdey Hard reset, so back to default, still nothing. I think at the end I will throw it in garbage. 🤷‍♂️😂

@becohalilcevic contact official SONY repair service. They are specified to repair SONY electronics, including PS4. Contact them, or just bring PS4
