Hi all. I ve just bought this headseat . So my problem is The microphone itself. My party mates can not hear me clearly and its like my voice comes from other room. Not clearly and soft.
What i ve done so far?
1.reset usb stick and headseat.
2. Downloaded the companion app from store and updated the last version.
3. I switched my voice level to maximum.
And still my voice comes quite far away.
Weird thing is i pluged 3,5 mm cablo to ds4 and the headseat.so my voice was pretty clear then. So it works well with cables.But it does not work with wireless. Can anyone please help me?
