My brother bought PES 2021 (Season Update) and shared it with me. He was given me a username and password, I logged in started to download the game. The game is successfully downloaded but it's locked in my account. What is the problem here? Earlier we did this and it worked, for this game not... Can you please fix this? I made account of him as primary and tried everything, it just not working.
Sony has a.strong stance about doing this sort of thing. More then likely they found out that you guys were sharing games (one buys the game so the other doesn't) and banned the account or games.
All you can do is contact Sony but you will need patience as due the pandemic it may take awhile to get a response or get through.
