Topic: Primary ps4 deactivation/activation glitch

Hello all, im new here.
Recently i got a new ps4, and have been trying to make it my primary, the issue is my previous ps4 (which is lost to the ether) was still activated as my primary, i tried to deactivate it but sony automatically made it my primary after the deactivation went through. Yes the system went ahead and made the old ps4 i had just tried to deactivate my primary again, locking me in for a 6 month waiting period.

I had called customer support, and they said nothing can be done from their end, (which makes no sense, and makes me question where Sony's common sense is) but that i had been successful in deactivating it, but that there was a ps4 activated immediately after. (Ps4 that was immediately activated was not the one in my current possession)

Im curious if anyone has also experienced this glitch? I reallt think it was a system error , but the fact that im stuck waiting 6 months to do anything really sucks.

If you have encountered this glitch/issue, what did you do? How did you get around it? Did you just wait?

Also, if anyone can boost this, that would be great, its an issue sony highkey needs to fix, and if its brought to their attention maybe theyll do soemthing about it ( literally a recommendation from customer support...)
