im trying to make playstation plus available on all my accounts on the same ps4 console.
I signed up for a free trial on my main account and read online that if i activate my main account as main ps4, then deactivate it on other accounts, it would mean all accounts have playstation plus features.
I followed these steps and it has not worked on my other accounts. I thought maybe it was because it was the trial version so i purchased one month service and added that but still it is not available on the other accounts.
@dannyps4 Have you made the PS4 your main console and made the PS+ account your main account? Also, not all features will be available to the other accounts. Online play should be, though apparently publishers can disable that on a game by game basis. But the other accounts won't have access to PS+ discounts on the store, for example.
@dannyps4 In order to do what you are asking you have to do the following.
1) Make the account that has PSPlus the main account on the system.
2) All other accounts must be a child's account under the main account.
You can in the options mode grant what kind of access the child's account has if you don't need the child lock or care about it but you have to make it a child account. In order to do that put the year of the person's birthdate as a year below 18 for example 2013.
I have this setup for my roommate who's 38, and my son who's 20. They have access to all PS+ games as well as online and I only pay one time for online. We also have our own trophy lists and save files for games.

@matroska i think this, i activated the account with the ps+ as the primary ps4- is this what you mean?
i activated it as primary, then deactivated the other accounts as i read this is what enables you to share it to the other accounts.
@genrou i think the account wiht ps + is already the main account as its the parent account with full permissions and can control the parental control settings for other accounts.
I can see the other accounts are under the main account as when i check the parental control settings they are there and i can control the access settings for the other accounts.
Im not sure what date of birth is set on the accounts, is there a way i can check the date of births registered on each account?
