Whenever I click on one of my friends names their whole profile menu is messed up. It won't let me attach a picture but everything is all over the place and restarting my PS4 or even letting it cool off hasn't worked. The weirdest thing is this is the only interface that I know of that is messed up 😕. If you have a answer please let me know what to do!
@green0tigerLSU I know it isn't the ideal answer, but just be patient.
A lot of Sony's online services are strained right now, as they've lowered bandwidth limits whilst everybody is on lockdown. I've been having difficulty uploading screencaps to PS4 Community pages recently, because the whole connected ecosystem is struggling and this includes PSN profile pages.
Give it a couple months. I'm sure it'll correct itself soon.
