Hey! Ok, so I don't know what to do. I created a PSN account like over 10 years ago and I am trying to recover it. All I can remember is the email and old password, but the password or account has probably been changed. I cannot use the change password request because the email was deleted due to inactivity, so any important Playstation emails were lost. Since the email account was deleted, I cannot look up any information needed to for recovery options. I have tried contacting PS chat to help me, but they cannot do anything because I do not remember my ID. I have tried phone support, but I don't know what the original SN of console I used to sign up and the card used on the account. I do remember the City/State and last purchase was though. Playstation denied the request for it was not enough information.
Is there a way to look up the ID through email by any chance? Does anyone have any new tips or is my account lost forever?
If anyone has any ideas or tips, it would be great!
