Searched internet high and low for an answer to this but can only find old posts that helped me out when first got the game (set PS4 as primary console). Since a recent update only one of my kids can use the texture packs and other DLC (purchased on their log in).
She had to download it all again but it was free so fair enough, even though it's still set as her "primary device" it wants to charge for other users to download the same texture pack!
I found recent posts from XBOX users saying they have this ridiculous issue but nothing relating to Playstation.
NO WAY I AM PAYING 3 TIMES FOR A CRAPPY TEXTURE PACK.
