So my brother and I share a console because we've lived together since I graduated University over two years ago. He buys a game, I play it. I buy a game, he plays it. However, yesterday I had been playing the new Modern Warfare, a game my brother purchased on his account, for a majority of the day. He comes home from work and wants to release a little steam and play a game so I obviously let him. Once he is done I jump right back on only to find Modern Warfare, along with all of the other games he had used his account to purchase, have been locked and upon clicking one, I get a message that reads "Cannot use the content. This content can be used only by the following users, who have a license for it. If you want to use the content, purchase it from the PlayStation store." Why would I all of a sudden need the license if I have been playing this game on this one exact PS4 since it was released, without ever personally having a license for it? Why did this become a problem in less than 2 hours? If there was a ninja update within the two hours I got up from the console, that is an incredibly conniving and predatory way to get more money out of the people who share consoles. Has anyone else ever had a similar problem, or is anyone else currently experiencing the same BS?
