Hi
Apologies if this question has been asked a hundred times already.
I have just purchased God of war 4 deluxe digital edition as it was discounted and when I am trying to play it is telling me that hdr is not enabled so I cant start the game.
I have enabled it on my ps4 slim and on my Samsung ue55mu6400 4k TV. The display information on my ps4 says hdr is not supported but this isnt an old TV and is UHD.
I have searched for a solution online but nothing I have tried has worked, I have changed hdmi ports on the TV, I am using a decent hdmi cable, I have updated the software on the ps4 and TV but still nothing.
It is so frustrating as I really want to play this game but am very close to calling playstation support and asking to cancel the purchase.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Dennymc123 found this on a Samsung forum too;

Have you tried turning on HDMI UHD colour option under external devices?

Just to follow up on my earlier post I have the UE55MU6400 and I managed to find HDMI UHD Colour under the external devices rather than Picture settings. This obviously solved the issue for me, but took a bit of playing around as the option was greyed out until I removed the PS4's HDMI and restarted the TV. After that it has worked fine!
