Topic: Game sharing Issues

I’m new to forums and whatnot so excuse me if I’ve done something wrong at first.
Anyway, so me and my best friend have had each other’s accounts on our systems for a long time now. His account is activated on mine while mine was on his. His keeps getting deactivated (he tells me it isn’t him but two other people who have it besides me don’t use it at all) and my account was activated so he could play my digital copy of Ghost of Tsushima. After platinuming the game I got bored so I went to log on his account to download one of his games but he was already on with his status appearing offline. After that my internet fucks up and I end up having to switch my account main on my console (I have more discs than downloads) to play the games on my main screen. Here’s where it gets a little strange.
So next day I tell him that I activated my account back cause of internet issues and that anytime I could just hop off quick so he could reactivate it and play Ghost. That’s when he mentioned he could still play it without my account. Now let it be known, it was my digital copy I bought; he does not own one himself so he downloaded it off of my account when it was main to play it. I don’t know whether if he’s lying or there is something wrong with the licensing issues, I never could play any games off of him unless I had his account main (because that’s how gamesharing works). He’s had a good track record of lying but then again I saw him access the game so I’m confused. Would this be a breach of account security? I’m not so sure, if I’m too gullible he may be blowing smoke up my ass. Any feedback is appreciated, I’m wanting to solve this asap 🙂
