Topic: False ban

Idk if this is the place to post but I have been false temp banned for over a month the day I got banned I spent over $40 the email said I sent nudity pictures/pornography for one I wouldn’t send these to my own wife for 2 that would be immature for 3 I have 3 kids and a wife I would never do that I can’t get ahold of PlayStation 3 days of trying cannot talk to a real person I need someone to look into it I can’t find a email for PlayStation and when I call them none of the options bring me to a representative

If anyone knows the fastest and easiest way to contact PlayStation about this issue please let me know there phone number isn’t an option unless I have a support id number which i do not know how to get

@goneNutty ouch, that sucks. I don't have an immediate solution or anything, maybe some on the forums here have more experience with Sony customer service.

Could it perhaps be possible someone hacked you and did those things? Do you have 2FA?

I think so I really don’t know what happened I was just playing then went to bed woke up and was banned I can’t find anything that can help me this really sucks I spend money weekly and end up in false bans

The only thing I can suggest is keep trying to contact them. Other then that just wait out the ban and once you are unbanned you might have any easier way to contact them.

Also if you suspect that you were hacked you might want to change your passwords.

Wait out over a month ? That’s a waste of money I just paid for everything the day they decided to do this

@Tasuki not trying to be mean I’m just upset the fact this would happen I just bought stuff now I’m sitting here restarting every single online game because they are unreachable I can’t keep trying because it’s imposssible to call them

I can’t find any real email I only found a uk PlayStation one I tried that and my email providers sent me a email saying it’s not a real email says later idk 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I feel like I’ve tried everything

Hmmm not sure what else to say, did you try replying to the email. Other then that I can't think of anything else, short of creating a new account or just waiting it out.

Good idea I just sent them a email from a reply to what they sent me thank you hope it works until I get a response if there’s anything else someone can think of I’ll try anything
