Hi there
Can anyone help tried to update system software but it won’t do anything just shuts down.
So tried to put in safe mode however the menu does not appear.
Connected the dual shock controller as asked on screen and the instruction stays on screen.
Looked for help and removed hard drive still nothing.
Please can anyone advise what to do.
