I can't complete a purchase at the Playstation Store website. Customer service has not resolved this issue. They're not answering the phone. Do you have any suggestions on getting help? Please let me know. Thank you.
@Meandragon500 Unfortunately, if you have a purchase problem on the PlayStation Store, the only people who'll be able to resolve it for you are Customer Service.
They're not 100% reliable at the moment. Try again during different hours, you might get lucky.
